Making A Purchase

All orders are processed within 36 hours of receipt Monday to Friday, and aim to dispatch your goods within 1 – 3 working days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. If any item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you by phone or email as soon as we can.

We accept online payments by credit and debit card. Paypal provides our secure online payment facilities. We never receive or see your card details and this means that we can’t take any card payments over the phone.

Should you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, simply email or call us.

Shipping And Handling

Prices on our website are exclusive of postage and packaging – postage will be added at the checkout stage.
